Change Plan

To change your existing Business Mail plan let us know what changes you want to make by filling out the form

For changes to 10 email addresses or more please contact our team on 0800 110 062 to discuss your requirements.
  • Spark Business Mail plans are designed for businesses of 50 or less employees; if you require a service for 50 + employees please contact us 0800 110 062 to discuss your requirements
  • Each customer domain may have up to 50 mailboxes made up of any combination of Basic, Essentials and Premium mailboxes e.g. 10 Basic addresses and 5 Premium addresses
  • We will contact you should your request exceed 50 mailboxes
  • Each customer email address may only have one plan allocated against it at any one time
  • Spark Business Mail Basic is only available to customers who had their original Telecom Business Mail Basic plan before 05 October 2015
  • Customers wishing to downgrade their Business Mail Premium plan to Essentials should be aware of the subsequent loss of functionality and mailbox size
  • Business Mail Premium and Essentials email addresses cannot be downgraded to a Basics plan
  • Customers wishing to completely cancel their Business Mail service will need to contact us on 0800 110 062 in order to process your request
