Top up a Prepaid mobile

1. Choose MySpark from the menu button and select the Billing or Usage tabs. 
2. On the mobile you want to top up, select Top up. 
3. Choose an amount between $10 and $100. 
4. If you’re using a voucher, select Use a voucher. 
5. Otherwise select a saved card or choose a payment method. 
6. Confirm your top up.

1. Choose MySpark from the menu button and select the Products tab. 
2. Scroll down and select Top up another Prepaid mobile. 
3. Enter the Prepaid mobile number you’d like to top up. 
4. Choose an amount between $10 and $100. 
5. If you’re using a voucher, select Use a voucher. 
6. Otherwise select a saved card or choose a payment method. 
7. Confirm the top up.

1. Choose MySpark from the menu button and select the Billing tab. 
2. Tap the message about your balance. 
3. Select the option to set an auto top up. 
4. Choose an amount between $10 and $100. 
5. Choose whether you'd like to top up every 4 weeks or when your balance is low. 
6. For topping up every 4 weeks, select the start date. 
7. For topping up when your balance is low, select the value you’d your balance to drop to before it automatically tops up. 
8. Select a saved card or choose a payment method. 
9. Review and confirm your auto top up.

1. Choose MySpark from the menu button and select the Billing tab. 
2. Select the option to manage your auto top up. 
3. Choose Edit or Cancel auto top up.

Using a voucher

1. Call *333 from your mobile.
2. Select 2 for top up.
3. Enter your mobile number.
4. Select 1 to top up by voucher number.
5. Enter your voucher number.

Using a credit/debit card

1. Call *333 from your mobile.
2. Select 2 for top up.
3. Enter your mobile number.
4. Select 2 to top up by credit or debit card.
5. Follow the prompts to choose an amount, or select 9 to enter your own (between $10 and $100).
6. You'll go to a secure payment facility to enter your details.

If you're a BNZ customer, you can use the BNZ mobile app to top up any Spark Prepaid mobile account. Download the app from Google Play or the App Store:

• Download BNZ app for iOS
• Download BNZ app for Android

Here's how to top up using the BNZ app:

1. Select the menu, which looks like three lines stacked on top of each other.
2. Select Top up.
3. Select the account you want to pay from.
4. Enter the mobile number you want to top up and set the amount.
5. Select Top up.
6. Select Confirm.
7. We'll send you a text to confirm your top up was successful.
