Set up and use MySpark

• You need to sign up for MySpark with an email address and password. You can use the information you sign up with to sign in to MySpark online and in the Spark app. Register for MySpark
• To register, you'll need a valid email address, your Spark account number and any phone numbers you have with Spark
  
• You can use MySpark on Mozilla Firefox, Chrome, and Internet Explorer 11+

1. Choose an email address to sign up with, create a password and follow the prompts
2. Check your email account and select Verify my Spark ID username
3. Sign in to MySpark with your new sign in details
4. Select the + icon at the top of the page
5. Where it says Enter your mobile, landline or account number, make sure you enter your Spark account number. Make sure you can see all your accounts by adding any Spark services you have.

1. Sign in to MySpark
2. Select Spark ID Settings
3. Under Sign in details, toggle Multi-factor authentication On or Off

Once enabled, a one-time verification code will be sent to your Spark ID each time you sign in.

Note: This is not applicable if you sign in on the Spark App. If you sign in using a Google or Facebook account, you can set up two-factor authentication directly through Google or Facebook.

• View and download online statements. You can access bills from the last 18 months. Find out how to view your bills
• Check your broadband, mobile data and home phone usage
• Set up broadband and mobile data usage alerts. Note: Text usage alerts are only available to Spark mobile customers. Find out how to set up usage alerts
  
• Pay your bills, set up and change direct debits and query your bill
• View calls, texts and data that will appear on your next bill
• Update bill preferences to receive an e-bill
• Change your broadband and mobile plans
• Buy subscriptions including Spotify Premium, Neon and Xtra Mail
• Add and manage mobile and home phone extra services
• View your statements for up to 60 days after disconnection

1. Sign in to MySpark
2. Select Account settings
3. Under Billing address, select Change email address
4. Type in your new email address, then type it again to confirm
5. Select Save
6. An email will be sent to the new address. Select the link within the email to verify the new email address. The link expires after 24 hours.
   

Note: If you can't find your account settings, you may have signed in using your mobile number. To get full access to all of MySpark's features, you'll need to sign in using an email address instead.

1. Go to MySpark
2. Select Can't sign in?
3. Type in your email address
4. Click send
5. An email will be sent to your inbox to change your password
6. Select reset password
7. Type in your new password
8. Click Change Password
9. Click Continue

1. Go to MySpark
2. Select Can't sign in?
3. Select Forgot your email?
4. Enter your first name and last name
5. Click Continue
6. An email will go to the email address you signed up with. It will contain your username
7. Go back to the MySpark screen and type in your username and password
8. Select Sign in
