Add Xbox All Access

You can buy  Xbox All Access in one of our stores, via a Spark contact centre, by messaging us, via MySpark or on our website at spark.co.nz/xbox

How to add Xbox All Access in MySpark:

1. Sign in to MySpark

   Note: If you don't have a MySpark account yet, you can follow these steps to create one. Set up and use MySpark

2. Under the Products section, select Subscriptions.
3. Select Add a new subscription.
4. Follow the prompts to add Xbox All Access, select your console and provide your delivery address.
5. Once you have received your console, before you can start using Xbox Game Pass Ultimate you will need to activate it by following the instructions on your console.

Activate Xbox Game Pass Ultimate

When using your console for the first time, you'll have the option to activate your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate via the Xbox app on your mobile device or the Xbox Console using your controller.

Follow the set up steps for your preferred language and network, then you will need to sign in to your Microsoft account (or set one up). After setting up your privacy and security settings you will see the Xbox All Access entitlement for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. Press claim it and your first month's subscription will be ready and waiting for you.

Already have a current Xbox Game Pass Ultimate account?

If you have an existing Xbox Game Pass Ultimate account, you won't need to cancel it. When you activate your subscription as part of Xbox All Access with Spark, you can use your existing Xbox Game Pass Ultimate account details to sign in. All existing payment methods for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate will be paused while you're paying via your Spark bill. They can stay paused for up to 36 months.

If you have time remaining in your existing Xbox Game Pass Ultimate account, as long as it's less than 12 months, this will be available for you to use once your 24 months with Spark has ended. If you've prepaid more than 12 months you'll need to wait until there's only 12 months left before you activate your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate with Spark. Find out more on Xbox

Cancel Xbox All Access with Spark

You can cancel Xbox Game Pass Ultimate at any time by contacting us. Your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate will continue to work until the end of your monthly renewal. Message us to cancel

You can't make your interest free term longer or shorter while you're paying off the device. But you can choose to end your interest free term early and pay off the remaining amount you owe on the Xbox console in one payment.
