Changing your broadband plan is free. You can change your plan anytime in MySpark.
It's free to change your broadband plan, and you can change it once per month. It can take up to 48 hours for your new plan to start.
Moving off Unplan?
When switching between Unplan and our new plans, your first bill will be higher - most cases 2-3 times the normal amount. Find out more

Change Broadband plan using MySpark
- Sign in to MySpark
- From the overview page select My Broadband
- Select 'More ...' from the menu near the top right
- Select 'Change plan'
