Cancel landline

Find out about cancelling landline services with Spark.

Got landline + broadband? Change plan using MySpark to cancel your landline:

  1. Sign in to MySpark
  2. From the overview page select My Broadband
  3. Select 'More ...' from the menu near the top right
  4. Select 'Change plan'
  5. Choose your plan and landline options. If you to remain on the same base broadband plan, select your current plan using the radio buttons on the plan card.
  6. Scroll down to ‘Need a landline?’ and choose ‘No, thanks’ to cancel your landline service.

Just have a landline? You can cancel your landline in one of these ways:

  • Message our team. Message us
  • Call 0800 300 015 Monday to Friday from 8am–8pm or Saturday from 9am–6pm.
