I currently have Fibre with another ISP. Can I move to Skinny Unlimited Broadband?
Yes, if you’re in one of the Skinny Unlimited Fibre areas, it’s super easy to transfer you over to us. The process usually results in less than an hour’s downtime. To make the switch, place an order on our website. We’ll get back to you quick as a flash to confirm the switching date (usually within a week).
Once you’ve got your transfer date back from us, you’ll need to contact your current ISP so you’re not double-charged. Just make sure you let them know the transfer date as otherwise, they may cut you off too early.
