Manage your Xtra Mail account

1. Sign in to Xtra Mail
2. Select the My account icon in the top right corner. It's a circle with either a picture or initials in it. 
3. Select My account from the drop-down menu.
4. Select Manage on the Manage your account option.
5. Select Delete account.
6. Select the confirmation checkbox and select Next.
7. Enter your Xtra Mail password and select Next.
8. Select Delete account

Your Xtra Mail will be deleted. To reinstate an Xtra Mail email address, message us

Cancel Xtra Mail subscription (Cancel all email addresses)

1. Sign in to MySpark
2. Select Subscriptions
3. Select Xtra Mail
4. Select Cancel Xtra Mail
5. Select Cancel Xtra Mail again to confirm the cancellation

All Xtra Mail email addresses on the same account will be teminated, but you'll be able to keep using them up until your next billing date.  If you change your mind, you can resume the subscription in MySpark before your next billing date.

Important: When closing your Xtra Mail, make sure any accounts that use your Xtra Mail email address as the primary email have all been updated to another email address. These include:·

• Internet banking
• IRD
• Any organisations that send you electronic bills e.g. Utilities, Insurance, Telecommunications provider, Council, etc.    
• Subscriptions e.g. Netflix, Spotify, Digital Newspaper, Magazines, etc.

And make sure to download any important emails before you close your account. Find out how to backup/download email inbox contents.

To see all the email addresses linked to your Xtra Mail, simply follow the steps below.

1. Sign in to MySpark
2. Select Subscriptions
3. Select Xtra Mail
4. Select View my mailboxes

All email addresses linked to the Xtra Mail will be listed.
