We seem to have struck a problem updating your current broadband and landline configuration.
Please call 123 to speak to a member of our Customer Resolution team team, or schedule a call back at a time convenient to you.
Sorry you can't downgrade from Fibre to ADSL or VDSL. Please contact us to discuss options.
Fibre requires install appointments with your local Fibre Company. In the meantime, you can get connected to our fast and reliable Wireless Broadband. It operates over our 4G network and is an easy set-up option.
If you select this option, we’ll put you on the Wireless Broadband plan equivalent to the Fibre plan you’ve selected, plus any add-ons.
You will need to have a compatible Spark wireless modem for your plan. If you purchase a Spark modem, this will work for both Wireless and Fibre. Simply plug it in once you’ve received it and you’ll be connected in a couple of minutes.

*Spark national peak time average speeds measured using Smart Modem 2 (MBNZ 24 September 2024). You may experience higher or lower speeds than this. Using an older modem may impact your speeds.
Factors such as the performance of your modem, the location of the server you’re connected to, the performance of your device, and your in-home WiFi setup can impact the speeds you experience.
For wireless connections, factors such as the distance you are from a cell tower, the network capability, and the overall use of that cell tower by other consumers can impact the speeds you experience.
Note: Wireless while you wait is not available where a cell tower is in stop sell due to it being at full capacity. Our support team will contact you if this applies to your request.
Spark offers flexible payment options for your modem you can opt to pay for your modem upfront on your bill or opt to spread the cost over 12, 18, 24, or 36 months.

You’re eligible for Fibre in a Day. This means you can have both the scope planning meeting and installation in one appointment.
The home owner or decision maker needs to be at the premises for either:
Please note unexpected events may result in the appointment being extended. It may also mean the installer needs to return to complete the installation at a later date
If you rent your property, you’ll need permission from the landlord before Fibre can be installed.
