eSIM is accessible on a variety of devices, including phones, tablets, and wearables. However, we cannot guarantee eSIM functionality on devices not purchased through us.

FAQs

Yes, you can get Spark eSIM on a phone from another provider. However, we can't guarantee eSIM will be supported on these devices. Visit a Spark store so the team can help you out. Find a Spark store

Once your eSIM has been activated, you can remove the existing SIM card. The physical SIM card can be reused in another phone with another Spark plan. You'll need to have a new plan connected to the physical SIM. It can't share the plan with your eSIM.

Yes, if you have an eSIM–capable phone, you can use eSIM on a Spark prepaid plan. Go online or visit us instore to get connected. Get Spark Prepaid now

No, your second connection can be connected to any service provider, whether it's prepaid or pay monthly.

Spark now supports on-device SIM transfers through self-service for: 

  • Physical SIM to eSIM
  • eSIM to eSIM from one iPhone to another iPhone
