Unlimited data & hotspot
If you are on the $100 Endless plan a Fair Use policy applies:
This means you cannot use the service in a way that is overly excessive or unreasonable. This policy is based on how most people use the service and helps us make sure everyone using it gets to enjoy it. If you engage in overly excessive or unreasonable usage, we will contact you. If this usage continues, you will be given the choice to move to a new plan.
Endless Data
Allocated data at max speed, then speeds reduce to a maximum of 1.2Mbps, this will impact your experience. No tethering or hotspots, unless you buy a Hotspot extra or if hotspot data is included in your plan.
Unlimited SMS NZ/AUS
Includes person-to-person text messages to NZ and Australia numbers only. Excludes MMS (e.g. picture messaging) and non-data video calling.
Hotspot
If you use Hotspot as an extra or as part of your plan/pack, it counts towards your total data usage on your Endless Mobile plan/pack. After max speed data allocation is used, speeds will reduce to a maximum of 1.2Mbps; this will impact your experience, unless you purchase a Data Boost.
Rollover data
Capped at 3.5GB.
Rollover mins
Capped at 500 minutes.
Unlimited SMS

Hotspot
If you use Hotspot, it counts towards your total data usage on your plan/pack. Once your plan/pack data allowance is used, you’ll no longer be able to hotspot, unless you purchase a Data Boost.

Data Bonus Terms and Conditions
Bonus data: Spark terms and conditions apply. Bonus data on $39.99, $59.99, $79.99 and $99.99 Pay Monthly Open mobile plans only. After 12 months your data will revert to the standard plan allocation. To receive the offer, your plan must be renewed each month for 12 months. Includes upgrades and new connections. Bonus data does not rollover.
