• You are eligible for the U25 Pack if you are under the age of 25 years with an eligible Spark Prepaid Value Pack or Pay Monthly mobile plan. You must keep renewing your pack or plan to remain eligible for the U25 Pack.
• You must apply for the U25 Pack in a Spark store or via spark.co.nz/u25. You must present a valid photo identification listing your birthdate. We accept passports, driver's licences, 18+ cards/Kiwi Access Cards, and valid NZ student ID cards as identification.
• Your U25 Pack provides you with an additional 1.5GB data per month and unlimited Spark-to-Spark calling. These allocations do not rollover and cannot be used while roaming.
• Spark will apply the additional data and calling allocations every billing cycle for up to 12 months.
• Your U25 Pack’s unlimited Spark to Spark minutes can be only used for standard calls to Spark mobiles and landlines, excluding special numbers or non-standard uses.
• You can only add one U25 Pack to each Spark mobile number.

• Information we collect:
  • Full name;
  • Your date of birth; and
  • If you are applying for the U25 Pack using a student ID, we collect the name of the tertiary institution or school
• This information will be stored by Spark and will not be shared with any third party.
• The image of your ID is collected for the purpose of verifying your age, and will be held for a maximum of 5 days from the time it is provided to Spark.

• We use this information to verify that you are under 25 years of age, or that you are a current student, and may use it to personalise marketing and/or service messages delivered to you. If you wish to opt-out of marketing text messages, you can reply ‘stop' to any Spark marketing text message. You can opt-out of Spark marketing email messages using MySpark.
